Issue
The waste discharge from an industrial cleaning process needed pH treatment before discharge to the sewer

The existing system was checked in addition to the prescribed trade waste agreement.
Outcome
Unfortunately the existing system was overly complicated and not working correctly. A new dosing pump was installed together with modifications to the existing pipework. The new setup would automatically adjust the waste water prior to discharge.
